Op alle met ons gesloten (verkoop)oveereenkomsten tot levering van onze producten, op alle betalingsverplichtingen jegens ons en op alle overeenkomsten die voortvloeien uit voorgaande overeenkomsten zijn van toepassing de Metaalunievoorwaarden, gedeponeerd ter griffie van de Rechtbank te Rotterdam, zoals deze luiden volgens de laatstelijk aldaar neergelegde tekst. Op alle offertes aan ons, op alle inkopen door ons en betalingsverplichtingen van ons zijn van toepassnig de Algemene Inkoopvoorwaarden, gedeponeerd op 20 september 2007 bij de Kamer van Koophandel te Rotterdam, 2903/623. All (sales) agreements with us for delivery of products, payment commitments, and similar, are based on Metaalunievoorwaarden, as deposited with the Court in Rotterdam. All quotes to us, and all purchase by us and all payment commitments by us are subject to the General Purchase Conditions deposited 20 September 2007 at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam, 2903/693. ICC Incoterms 2000 (ICC publication 560) apply as applicable for WEKA deliveries. ICC Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (ICC publications 458) apply as applicable for all relations with WEKA involving guarantees. ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits ("UCP"; ICC publication 500) apply as applicable for all relations with WEKA involving documentary credits (letter of credit).
